Biography
I am a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and lead the Turkey Health Laboratory. My research focuses on improving turkey health and resilience through studies of host pathogen interactions, immune monitoring, and non vaccine immune priming strategies. The lab works closely with industry partners to address emerging diseases and health challenges facing the turkey industry, translating molecular and immunological findings into practical, field relevant solutions.
